Store Manager
Establishes budgets and sales goals together with Supermarket Area Manager. Seeks and continuously develops knowledge and information on competitor activities, pricing and marketing strategies, and communicates these to immediate superiors. Oversees and ensures the consistent implementation of the First In-First Out policy of stocks and the proper monitoring of expiry dates. Determines staffing requirements in coordination with HR Department and Merchandising Department for Promo/ Diser requirements. Ensures proper implementation and monitoring of promotions and other supermarket initiatives in coordination with Corporate Ad and Promo and/ or Merchandising Department. Monitors and controls overheads. Coordinates with Supermarket Leasing Officer on leasing requirements/ concerns.
